Make the second order easier than the first.

We run paid social and search, fix the product pages and checkout, and build the email and SMS flows that bring customers back to your store. Our Creative team makes the ads. See what it costs below. Ad spend is separate.

What's in a DTC program

Paid acquisition alone is rented growth. We work the whole loop: the ad, the page it lands on, the order and the email that brings the buyer back for a second one.

Paid social and GoogleMeta, TikTok, Google Shopping and YouTube, run against margin.

We run the channels as one account, not four. Budgets are judged on blended MER and contribution margin, not platform ROAS, so a campaign that looks good in Meta but loses money on the P&L gets cut. Every dollar is tracked, tested and scaled only when it holds.

Ad creative and UGCFresh angles on a weekly cadence, so winners do not burn out.

Winning ads stop working. We keep a bank of UGC, founder-led cuts, product demos and testimonials, test new angles every week, kill what lags and scale what works. Our Creative team makes it, and the learnings from paid shape the next batch.

Product pages and checkoutFix the leaks between the click and the order.

We rebuild product pages that sell, trim checkout friction and A/B test changes against revenue, not click-through. The same traffic then produces more orders, which lowers what each customer costs you.

Email and SMS retentionWelcome, cart, post-purchase and win-back flows that run on their own.

We build lifecycle flows around what customers do: a welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase cross-sell and win-back for lapsed buyers, plus segmentation so your best customers are not treated like first-timers. We work in Klaviyo and your existing stack.

Influencers and affiliatesCreators paid for sales, not for likes.

We find creators in your niche, negotiate the partnership and manage it from brief to final post. We also set up affiliate programs with performance-based commission, so you have a channel that does not depend on rising ad costs.

Ecommerce SEOCategory pages and content built around what shoppers search.

We build category pages and supporting content around the searches your customers actually run, so organic traffic carries part of the load when ad costs climb.

How a DTC program runs

  1. Audit

We review your ad accounts, site conversion and customer data, and list what works, what is broken and where the money is.

  2. Plan

A 90-day growth plan with creative angles, audience targets and channel mix, agreed before spend moves.

  3. Launch and tune

We launch campaigns, ship creative and optimize against margin, with weekly reporting that skips the data dump.

  4. Scale what holds

Budget goes to the campaigns that earn it, without giving up margin.

DTC questions

How much does DTC marketing cost?

Focused programs start at $3,500 a month, and most engagements run $5,000 to $10,000 a month. That is our fee. Your ad spend is separate.

How fast will we see results?

Paid campaigns can produce sales in the first week, and we usually need 30 to 60 days to test creative and audiences and settle efficiency. Retention work shows results within 2 to 3 months as customers move through the lifecycle.

How much should we spend on ads?

Enough to learn quickly without burning cash. Most markets start around $1,000 to $3,000 a month in ad spend. If you are earlier than that, we can start with creative, conversion and email, and add paid as the numbers support it.

Do you work with Shopify, WooCommerce or other platforms?

Yes. We work with Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and custom-built stores, and we integrate with the stack you already have.

Who makes the ads?

Our Creative team. Winning ads fatigue, so we refresh on a weekly cadence with UGC, founder-led cuts, product demos and testimonials, and the paid results decide what gets made next.

How do you measure results after iOS 14?

We do not trust platform numbers alone. We judge spend on blended MER and contribution margin, check it against your actual revenue, and tell you when a campaign looks good in the platform but not on the P&L.

Can you work on email only?

Yes. Email and SMS is one of our most common starting points. We rebuild the flows, segment your list and run the calendar. That is how Loving Pets went from a barely used Klaviyo account to a quarter of email revenue that beat the prior full year.

Do you run influencer and affiliate programs?

Yes. We find, brief and manage creators, and we build affiliate programs with commission tied to sales, so creators are paid for results.

Do we need to rebuild our site first?

Not always. We audit the product pages and checkout first and fix the biggest leaks inside your current store. If the platform is the problem, we will say so before you spend on a rebuild.

Orders leak somewhere between the ad and the inbox. Let us find where.
