Matt Berman is the founder of Emerald Digital, with twenty years of marketing and operational experience behind him. He's a four-time founder who raised seven figures from WPP at eighteen. Known for architecting growth systems that merge creativity, automation, and execution, Matthew has spent his career pressure-testing systems on his own ventures and scaling them for global brands, SaaS startups, and consumer companies.

He led Fireball's consumer efforts through digital marketing and ambassador programs as it grew from a little-known brand into a major brand. He's also worked on campaigns for brands like Heineken, Hennessy, Delano, and Buffalo Trace. At Emerald Digital, Matthew leads teams across SaaS, AI, real estate, professional services, and DTC, delivering revenue lift through content engines, paid media, creative production, and automation.
