Digital Account Manager
Emerald Digital is looking for a talented digital marketer to plan and execute social, search, and display advertisements and strategies for clients. You should have strong project management skills and be comfortable communicating with clients. We’re looking for a special person, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is adept at working in a fast-paced environment with passionate, friendly people.

Responsibilities
- Own Google PPC campaign creation, analytics and optimization, staying current on strategies for optimizing Quality Score and conversion
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies to achieve client goals (growth, engagement, sales)
- Use analytic software tools to understand campaign performance and identify best opportunities to advance clients business goals
- Communicate campaign results to clients and internal teams
- Provide compelling, accurate, and provoking performance reporting to clients, including detailed analysis of key metrics
- Working closely with the creative team to ensure content aligns with client strategy, branding, and goals
- Working cross collaboratively with internal teams and account managers to provide client insight, feedback, and develop effective solutions to maximize client success
- Manage relationships as you advocate for our client’s business objectives
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years professional marketing experience, agency or client.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, and others.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Demonstrated hands-on leadership and project management skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, tag manager, and keyword research tools (SEMRush/Ahrefs)
- Up-to-date on digital advertising, paid search, and industry practices
- Incredibly strong communication and organizational skills
- Very comfortable in client facing communications
- Degree in marketing, business, math, communications, or related field or relevant experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, responding to clients (or their social media audiences) with respect, tact, information, and kindness.
